My daughter, Rebecca, just informed me that her mono had flared up again. Here is an article written by my friends at Spark Naturals.

Tis the season of . . . . Mono: Be armed and be aware!! (remember preventative measures are very important - arm your family with Shield everyday).
Respire / Shield / Lemon / Frankincense / Thyme / Peppermint (dilute with carrier oils as needed)
Lemon on the side of the neck in the lymph gland area (apply and pull your finger downwards several times). Also the back of the neck.
Shield & Thyme diffused regularly and also massaged on the bottom of feet. Also gargle if you can - add 1 drop each to a shot glass with water.
Respire diffused and added to the chest area and the back of neck
Frankincense under the tongue 2 drops 2 x / day or more if needed
Peppermint to increase energy ~ inhale / diffuse. Also alternate on the bottom of feet with the Shield / Thyme blend.
REST - Plenty of Rest!!
Note: Melaleuca & Oregano are also good substitutes if you don't have Thyme on hand.
